During your introductory phone session, we will ensure coaching is a good fit and that you are ready to take the first step towards making the changes that you seek.

  • Let’s get acquainted, ask questions and understand the process. I respect and value your time, money and energy and this is a commitment of all three
  • Coaching is a collaborative working relationship that must be a good fit for your needs
  • I will help you identify goals that are in alignment to your values
  • We will discuss areas of life that may present challenges or need strengthening
  • I will stay objective and curious while often pushing for more from you than you might be able to see for yourself

Once you make a decision to move forward:

  • Monthly package is selected (weekly or bi-weekly)
  • Contract and initial paperwork are sent
  • A schedule is set for your first months’ session (via video/phone)
  • Invoice is sent for these dates/payment due prior to first session.
  • With every session, you will receive individualized exercises tailored to your needs and goals.
  • Unlimited email support each month of your scheduled coaching sessions
