Approach

Fusing over 10 years of psychotherapy knowledge with coaching, Dr. Kesler supports clients in feeling more capable, competent, empowered, focused, and passionate while working together to identify areas of life that may present challenges or need strengthening. Her approach integrates what she has learned in research and clinical settings with practical applications in the sessions to help clients accelerate a significant perspective and behavioral shift.

Clientele

Dr. Kesler’s program was created for women who are motivated about changing their life in an impactful way. Dr. Kesler works with women who know they want more out of life but aren’t quite sure how to make meaningful change. They may feel overwhelmed, overstressed, and unfulfilled. She will guide her clients through this process. Clients who are completely present during the calls, utilize all resources, and do the work provided will begin seeing real, deep and meaningful change within their life.

Structure

Every client is unique, so each program is tailored for an optimal and effective outcome. Dr. Kesler offers a 2 to 6 month coaching partnership depending on the client and their needs. Each session will focus on personal goals while discussing both internal and external factors affecting one’s ability to lead a fulfilling life. Week topics include values, purpose, relationships, career, time management, and emotional/ physical health. One-on-one sessions will be held via phone or online video chat.

Coaching is a truly transformative partnership. This relationship can create a powerful sense of direction, confidence, and balance for the client to better navigate change, overcome challenges and make life, work, and relationships far more fulfilling.

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are available to those who are not quite ready to commit to long term or scheduled appointments. They may be utilized as a check in or tune up, or added to any ongoing session packages. These sessions may be scheduled on an “as needed” basis.

8 Coaching Sessions

The 8-session program is designed to identify the client’s desires and goals in key aspects of their life, cultivate new perspectives, address current anxieties and challenges, and create actionable steps to move in the direction to ensure they’re on the right path to reaching peace of mind and stability. Consistently practicing new behaviors and reinforcing one’s plan is proven to be the fastest way to see transformation.

Sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly over the course of 2-4 months.

12 Coaching Sessions

The 12-session program is the most methodical and in-depth approach to build awareness, make changes, and breakthrough to live in an authentic life. This is a comprehensive dive into the client’s mindset and how they view their world. The client will still get the benefit of consistency and rhythm but additional sessions to gain knowledge, to process, and work on suggested action items.

Sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly over the course of 3-6 months.
